We can create different chat widgets for different pages which is great for more concise messaging. It would also be great if we could add a tag to individual chat widget meaning we can send them to different agents.

Google Sheets & Docs Live Database
Enable reference to a live database, eg - a website that is live. This will be very useful; for example for estate agents who can use their listing website to feed the bot with live listings and match them to a lead's needs. Or a Google Sheet/Air Table or similar database which is updated with data from other systems.
