Job flow settings limit how far back in message history we bring into the bot's view

I would like to have the availability to add a remote MCP server inside the workflow (actions).

It would be good to get some sort of service status page running so you're not getting lots of the same enquiry if a problem persists.

Ability to add filters that restrict responses based on the received message phone number, email, etc. instead of replying to all on that channel.

Would be nice if the time delay gave minutes, hours and days as options (not just by seconds).

Word Clouds, Sentiment Analysis, Lead Scoring, General conversation reports as well as reports around AI success rate

Would be amazing to have an option to split test different messages/prompts within an objective in a set period of time to find the winner
