Currently, CloseBot automatically follows up with leads when they are inside an Objective node. While this works well in many cases, there are real-world situations where follow-ups should pause or stop based on context. Common Scenarios The lead says “I’ll get back to you” or needs time to respond. The customer visits the workshop as a walk-in without completing the booking flow In these cases, the objective remains incomplete, so the bot continues following up even though it’s no longer appropriate. Proposed Feature Introduce Smart No-Follow-Up, similar to Smart Follow-Up, which intelligently pauses, delays, or cancels follow-ups based on lead behavior or external signals. Example Logic Pause follow-ups when a lead indicates they’ll respond later. Stop follow-ups if the lead is marked as visited, serviced, or converted. This would make CloseBot more context-aware, reduce unnecessary messages, and better reflect real-world business workflows—especially for offline or walk-in driven businesses.
