Enable reference to a live database, eg - a website that is live. This will be very useful; for example for estate agents who can use their listing website to feed the bot with live listings and match them to a lead's needs. Or a Google Sheet/Air Table or similar database which is updated with data from other systems.

It would be awesome if we could use a page on Notion to feed the bot with information. For reference, I have included a screenshot of chatbase.
This would help us with updating the bot in real-time and also have our clients updating KB information on the fly as well.

Hey Bryce DeCora! I know this was a Q4 2025 roll out at some point and got pushed back and now I see its pushed to Q2 2026. Any way we could please bump this up? We are having to manually go and update FAQ's when a Live Google Doc would take away a lot of manual work. So many people will benefit from this :)

Simran Narula we have a lot in the works right now:
- Agentic Node (5 weeks) - highest priority to serve those who want a more fluid agent stage
- Reporting (5 weeks) - high priority to allow agencies and businesses to monitor their agents based on their custom metrics
- HIPAA & SOC2(2-3 weeks) - high priority to serve our larger clients and clients serving people in medical
- Chat Widget (2 weeks) - this will decouple us from people not being able to use CloseBot as a standalone if they want
As a part of #2 (reporting) we are doing a data storage analysis, looking for shifts in the industry and new technologies to accommodate our growing data needs. It's possible that this may lead us to migrating our knowledge base storage to a different provider. We wouldn't want to begin work on live database & google drive work until this determination is complete.
For these reasons we are likely looking at end of May timeframe for live knowledge base.
