GIF Search as a Native Agent Tool
You can now add the ability for your agent to search for GIFs to send along with a message. Using it is as easy as unlocking it within your agent tools and then instructing it on when it's appropriate to send a GIF.
GIFs are fun! If used right, things like this can really boost reply and booking rates for you and your clients!

Booking Improvements +5% Accuracy
There have been intermittent issues with booking accuracy, especially with Anthropic, and especially around the end of months... It's sometimes difficult for AI to calculate dates when contacts mention days of the week in advance. We found for some users this was causing the AI to book incorrect times up to 5% of the time near the end of the month. We release an update to how we navigate booking tools that appears to have completely eliminated this issue.
Nothing is needed from you.
Blank Source Setup Wizard
Previously, setting up a Blank Source to work with custom CRMs meant you also needed to use a tool like N8N as an in-between tool to format requests and replies. That's no longer needed. Use the new wizard to connect CloseBot to tools like Instantly, Pipedrive, Zoho and more without the need for complex middleware.

Message Type Variables
Now you have access to 3 additional variables within the variable selector...
  • Message Body -> Current inbound message contents
  • Message Channel -> Channel name inbound message came in through
  • Message ID -> Internal ID of the inbound message
Note Action for Workflows
Last week we added Notes, which allow you to let your AI know of helpful things in the middle of a conversation... See more on that HERE. Now we also have a HighLevel workflow action you can use to add a note to a contact. Super helpful if you're running a database reactivation on existing contacts and you want to drop a note about the offer to the AI per contact before sending your reactivation text (See Here).

Improved Collapsed Views
Horizontal space is becoming a luxury on the conversations page. To make more space, we've default-collapsed the views panel. You can still click to expand and hover to read titles. All of the functionality is still there, but we gain horizontal space for those on smaller screens!

We should be able to add beta testers to our analytics module next week. This would include things like:
  • Persona A/B Testing
  • Custom Dashboards
  • Lead Scoring
  • Sentiment Analysis
